3. Subscriptions And Billing

JobOpsPro is offered on a per-user subscription basis. Fees are billed according to the plan selected at signup and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription through the application or by contacting support.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, to transmit malicious code, to interfere with the platform, or to access data you are not authorized to view. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Data And Content

You retain ownership of the data you enter into JobOpsPro. You grant us a limited license to use that data solely to provide, improve, and support the Services. We will not use your customer data for advertising or unrelated purposes.

JobOpsPro and its contents, features, and functionality are owned by us and our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access may be disabled and data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention practices. We are not liable for any loss resulting from termination.

8. Warranties And Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobOpsPro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, arising from your use of the Services.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
